Refund Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:
You can contact us at support@theartemise.com. Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with instructions and a free return label.

If you choose not to use the return label provided by Artemise, returns can be sent to the following address:

Please note that the items are your responsibility until they reach us. Make sure to pack them securely and keep the tracking number for your shipment.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different product, you can return the unwanted item and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If you are in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Processing Time:
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, we will process it within 14 business days. We will notify you after inspecting the item and inform you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Unclaimed Packages:
If you fail to collect your parcel from the delivery point and it is returned to us, please contact us to start the return process.

Incorrect Address:
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.
If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the cost of the second shipment will be charged to the customer.

Refunds for “3 for 2” Promotions:
If you return the free item from a “3 for 2” promotion, no refund will be issued. If you return one of the paid items, the refund will be calculated by subtracting the value of the free item from your total.

Example:
If your cart contains an item for €50, €40, and €30, the €30 item will be the free product. If you return the €50 product, your refund will be €50 minus €30 = €20.
